A trademark objection hearing is a formal proceeding that occurs after you’ve submitted a response to a trademark objection raised by the trademark office. During this hearing, the trademark office reviews your response and arguments, as well as any counterarguments from the trademark examiner. Here’s what you can expect from a trademark objection hearing.
